Bad bad service

Personal loan application was sent in on 8th of august, it is now the 20th of august and I still have no assistance or update on the application.

How can a personal loan application go 12 full days without any progress, the Slogan is “How can we help you” but I am not actually getting any help from anyone at secure chat on the APP.

I keep getting transferred from department to department but no one is actually helping, no one has answers or has given me any real progress status.

This is just bad service overall.
