Bad bad service

I have been trying to activate a business account with not success. Their call center agents just don't want to assist, they hung up on me or make me hold till I hang up. They don't offer a call back option. Every time time I call I'm told of a document missing. When I asked to speak to a team leader they just pass me through from department to another. THE CONSULTANTS ARE NOT Helpful I can wish someone senior could listen to the call recordings
