BAD BAD BAD......expect u to bank with no card

I went to a branch sunward park on 6 July to claim a lost card, 30 days today,all along I was given a temp card,to use,now its canceled but where is the card to use going forward,and the service advisor helping on the app Gabriel seems like training is needed
