Bad Bad Bad Service FNB

<p>I was a victim of ***** on a speed point device in April 2017.</p> <p>Fnb ***** unit called me. Informed me about it. Blocked my account without informing me. Slips was requested and I emailed it. After a week I called and Elli wanted a different slip. I emailed it. He told me the account will be Unblocked as soon as he receives the copy.</p> <p>It was never done. I keep calling Elli and get a different story about my account. He treats me like I am the *****. He tells me they working on the account.</p> <p>I now can not use my bank account due to a investigation. Sheryl and Elli from the ***** department is working on this matter. Elli told me he will have to take back the speed point of which I agreed to. I received a call one morning and a man told me he is comming to collect the speed point. He confirmed my business address, name and contact number.</p> <p>That same day the device was collected.</p> <p>After weeks Elli now claims today that he never gave instructions to collect the device. He told me it is ****** and I have to pay for it.</p> <p>He has been deducting funds from my accout for lost funds and next will be for the speed point.</p> <p>I think that is just bad service on FNB and Im the victim.</p> <p>Please look for the real ****s as I am not one.</p> <p>I feel no body knows what to do at FNB but sit and blame old customers.</p> <p>Six weeks later I run after Elli and Sheryl and they just inconviene me.
