BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Hellopeter I am Phumzile Mnyandu on the 19 of August 2021 I wrote a review. I got an email respond from FNB saying they apologise for the delay they will look into my case I will receive a call from one of their consultant within 24-48 hours. They gave me a reference number from the hellopeter email ***NF. This reference number I got whe I reported this case was ***. On monday 23 August 2021 at 08:39 I received a call from FNB the lady said my case was finalised it is with the finance department and I will receive my money within 24-72 hours. Till today I haven't received anything and 72 hours has past already. Please assist
