Bad bad bad service

Bad service once again. Bonolo pelesa sent me an email telling me i have used my revolving credit a few times this year. According to my account it was lost used on the 20 oct last year. Also the service complaint is sent her a pic of the conversation which shows it was at a minute interval. SERIOUSLY CAN SOMEONE NOT GET THIS RIGHT
