Bad bad bad service and terrible lines

I've been trying to make payment for my home loan since Friday but I dnt seem to get assistance. When I call, the call centre it's very noisy and I can't be heard then one is very quick to send me through to another consultant. I emailed Nontokozo Dubazane on Friday n till now no response. Working from home doesn't work for every company because your consultant's are very unprofessional . I tried going to the branch n I couldn't be assisted as for your call centre is a joke. I need someone to call me urgently please..
