BAD BAD BAD Experience!!!!!

Again struggling with this bank. For R20.50 not get on the same day they charge you R105.00 item paid not found. This bank does not look after their customers at all. So please do me a favor amount was paid in. Reverse your fee!!!!!!!!!!
