Bad bad bad customer service and taking my money

Firstly I sold my car on the 26th of October 2021 .I received the money into my fnb account this guy paid for the car few days later fnb just freeze my money with no reason so I went back to fnb to do enqueries why this money is freeze they told me they busy investigating as to why the money is freeze few days later I went back for feedback the only thing they said this money might be in a *****elant case as to where the money is coming from the buyer of the car but the problem I'm sitting with they never gave me a proper feedback of the investigators.
