Bad, Bad, Bad, a sick bank not to trust with your Money

Fnb doesnt deserve a star.

First me: my accounts got blocked due to ****med transactions on my account. I went to the branch plently of times, still not unblocked and no refunds done on my acccount. Account still blocked. Their service on the app is useless. The agents or so called supervisors is not trained to do the job. You get transferred from one to another.

Then debit orders that wasnt approved go of my account.

My Husband: cant access his investment account. His one savings account was upgraded to Private wealth account without his còncent in August, FNB taking R620 since then from his account every month. They put debit orders thru on this account that was also not approved , then when it bounces a fee of R105. They put the debit order thru a few times in a row. Then charging R105 for each transaction.

The consultant cant even say who did the upgrade, he can say it was done in August.

We requested a refund on all these fees, what does fnb say, the fund reversal is not guaranteed. Really???? ***. You took money that doesnt belong to you. How much money do you ***** from people??

Not everyone checks their accounts.

Oh and dont try to put a bad review on their facebook page. It gets removed.

I will soon be opening a facebook page under the name FNB is the Baddest Bank in SA. Fnb is a ****!!! Please rather try and use banks from out of SA than using our SA banks.

Another Incident, money paid to Global Finance from our account, we dont even know them, then a proof of payment sent to an Fnb employee after the payment was done.
