Bad , Bad bad

They deserve no Rating. First my account is blocked and frozen since November, the ***** department doesnt even come back to me.

Then we've been trying to get a stop order done, as the company who sent a debit order never came thru to an account.

On FNB's website it shows a stop order can be done in a debit orders place. I dont want a schedule payment but need a stop order. I even mailed them. It seems to me people at fnb are not qualified to resolve issues.

I can use a lot of cruel words, but you are useless, you take R650 plus extra fees on peoples accounts but cant sort anything.
