BAD ATTITUDE, UNWILLINGNESS TO ASSIST

I forwarded an email to FNB this weekend on behalf of my brother. This was after him being transferred 5 times by the contact centre without assistance.<br> This is due to none of the consultants having knowledge of how to assist or maybe just a bad attitude.<br> He wanted a debit order from a loan to be cancelled from an account that is not in use. Therefore he is being charged bank charges that are accumulating.<br> We sent through a lengthy email to FNB of what has transpired and what action is required.<br> Today I have received a response as per the below.<br> \Thank you for your email.<br> Kindly be advised that you need to go to the branch for assistance"<br> <br> Wow what customer service"
