Bad Attitude on Feedback

In January my bank account was de*****ed and a week later a work colleague had the same thing happen to him. My work colleague has been refunded in full and not me. I have sent emails, faxes and gone to the Bluff FNB Branch. The staff at Bluff FNB have been helpful to me and the \*****\" division downright rude to their own staff. An email was sent off on my behalf by the Bluff Branch and still no response. I have tried all avenues and get told there is no telephone number to speak to someone as to why I did not get a full refund. Going to the Banking Ombudsman is a long story too, but I have started the process going via FNB \"Care\". What \"Care\"? Still no response or reply or acknowledgement. I will continue to make my plight publicly known due to the lack of customer service from FNB. I am glad I have already moved my bond away from FNB because of poor customer service. How many more emails and faxes must be sent to FNB *****. The bank must not blame the client. I have never used Ewallet or Cell Phone Banking of which my colleague did make use. So I must be penalized? Very dissatisfied with FNB."
