Bad attitude from staff

ON Saturday the 28th November I went to the Woodbridge Square with my son, to sort out his card. He had his whole kit bag ****** at College. In this bag was all his belongings including his ID. All we wanted was the branch to assist with having his card re-issued. We had his birth certificate as well as an affidavit from the SAP. He has not been able to apply for a new ID as Home Affairs are busy updating their systems and are off line for the next two weeks.
FNB now has fingerprint technology in the branches, so I am sure he could have been assisted with his request. Understandably there are certain rules that need to be followed but there is always a way to assist clients.
That brings me to the crux of the matter
