Bad attitude from floor manager

Today I was at FNB civic centre in Bellville to do a deposit at the ATMs. the queue was very long. A gentleman who was being accompanied by a lady walked pass everyone and went to stand in front on the queue. No one said anything as we assumed he wanted to use the withdrawal ATM as everyone else wanted to do a deposits. To my surprise this gentleman walked straight to the deposit ATM as soon as someone moved so we told him that he needs to stand in the queue like everyone. He said he was standing in the queue and we responded by asking where of which he could not answer. Vishen who works at FNB came while we were busy asking this guy where he was standing and rudely shouted at us and said the man was there before everyone and he was helping him and walked away. I have no clue why he had to to be so rude and have an aggressive look on his face. The other consultants that were helping customers at the ATM just said "I'm going to help a customer" of which I have no problem with. The way Vishen responded to us was very rude. I expect more from someone who is supposed to be a floor manager, and not to treat loyal FNB customers like that. He is supposed to set an example for other junior colleagues he works with. I'm appalled at how we were treated by Vishen, he is extremely rude and has no respect for customers.

The call I received from the manager at the branch was not satisfactory at all. I expected and apology to to make it seem like I was making everything up. He "apologized" but said he could not tell what Vinesh was saying because the video footage had no sound. If he had looked properly he would have seen the aggression on Vinesh's face. So I did not get an apology just a courtesy call because from a manager who was not even apologetic.
