Bad attitude and treatment which was uncalled for

I was helped by Bridget at FNB burgersfort at counter numbers 3 on Monday of the 28 January 2019 at 15:29. May aim was to open a transactional account with FNB which would serve as a main account in due time. She had a terrible attitude towards me and insisted that I could only open a 32 days account. I asked her to have the matter referred to her supervisor who was only happy to explain why and when I could open a transactional account. After concluding with her supervisor, I wanted to ask her feather questions regarding a proper migration from my current bank, and she said that we were done. She called the next person and had me having to move to avoid embarrassing myself. My question is this... Unless I am earning my salary in FNB, is this the proper treatment to me and any other future possible customers who don't transact with FNB?

I wish to know how the matter is handled and its conclusion. Just to be clear, I am going to try again in another branch very soon as it's not for me but my family since my wife is in Soshanguve with my kids by both work and residents, and I'm in burgersfort by work with a permanent job hance I have to use the same bank as she's using for convenience. Otherwise this experience would have been enough for me to continue with my bank.
