Bad attitude and service from FNB

I was told to pick up my bank card in the mall. When I got there they told me to sit in the queue and wait. I told him that I am only there to pick up a card and don't have time to wait. FNB is getting worse and worse every day. They can keep the card. And I will move to a new bank.
