Bad attitude and Service at FNB Rustenburg Boom street

I am not happy with the service that I got, yesterday I went to fnb to open an account the one in Rustenburg at Fatima Bhayat and Boom street, I was told that I cannot open an account with them because I didn't want to switch my salary, so there is no way I am going to open an account if I don't switch my salary and the lady who was helping called her supervisor and the supervisor told me that I can't open the account since I do not want to switch my salary... I waited for about 45 minutes and they even made me download their app before they could help me and when I got there I was told that I can't be helped and the lady that was helping me was very arrogant,had a bad attitude.
