Bad attitude and service
Is there no OPTION for zero stars please I contacted FNB again and again and again be a they absolutely ignore to reply THEN TODAY I PHONED THEM... MY GOODNESS NEVER never ever did I speak to such a RUDE person absolutely ******** rude I have no words to describe it. I am sure I'm done In fact I KNOW BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS PUBLISHED on hellopeter.com I have first hand experience. SHE DONT HAVE a C L U E what a dt order is all about MY goodness, she must have been taken of the street as a stand in during lockdown. I have no words to describe my dissatisfaction

I have used AL MY TALK TIME because no one was competant to assist me. They give you an option to enter your Id no WHICH I did THEN AFTER asking me absolutely every possible detail except which tootpaste I use they say they can't help me.
