BAD ATTITUDE and POOR ASSISTANCE
On Monday the 3 August , I called the FNB lost card number as I had lost my card the weekend and was worried it would fall into the wrong hands. The gentleman i spoke to was very professional and assisted me and told me my new card will be ready in 2-3 working days. I waited till Thursday 6 August to get a SMS to tell me to collect my card .I called the Lost card line again to see how far my card was as I needed it. The woman I spoke to, told me it take 6-10 days , i then asked her is there no way she could check how far my card is she sighed with a horrible attitude and asked for my ID Number. She then said no your card is not ready, it will only be ready next week. I asked her now what do as i really need my card, she said i should get a temp card which is R80.00. On that same day at 10:22 i got my temp card activated, the guys at Adderley street FNB were such a great help. At 14:18 that same day I got a SMS saying I can collect my card. I paid R80.00 , had to deal with bad attitude and poor assistance from the lady i phoned, where i could of waited if she did in actual fact look for me. I have never had a problem with FNB , but the lack of interest from the teller was not profec
