BAD ATTITUDE AND NO FEEDBACK FROM SUPPOSED BROKERS

-30/01/15 My ex ins. broker BUHLE DINGWAYO sends pollicy adj by 35%, attributes it to HIGHLOSSRATIO though i only claimed hail damage. <br> -16/07/15 Buhle sends anoth policy adjustment up by 28%. I call told she is busy. I send email for her to return call. I only get an email responds attributing this to parts inflation and labour costs.<br> -20/07/15 i inform Buhle i wont renew as the increses are unacceptable. No call to try retain customer is made just and email with my policy stamped \CANCELLED"in red & covered upto 31/07/15<br> -29/07/15 Wife's car bumped into"
