Bad Attitude

The services they offer at jabulani mall it not good, I waited for more than 20 minutes for a statement yesterday when i got assisted the person who was helping was busy trying to print. Today when i check my account I realize that i was bul**** for two statement instant of one. When I called the jabulani branch I spoke to khosi one of the consultant who was very rude never wanted to help me.She told me that i need to describe the person who was assisted me yesterday and i was busy tell her that it was male, but that was not good i for her. Please FNB train your staff for communication skill.
