Bad as usual - FNB
Logged a damaged bank card 2 days back - I have been receiving the same message since "someone from the DSV or something like that will call"
Come FNB this is basic!!!!!!!!!
How do I run a business - I have went from asking for money to asking for a rectangular, plastic object which I pay for and you still cannot deliver that?
Before someone calls - please ensure you will be able to arrange for deliver by tomorrow at least!

I need a card - it has been week!
Can someone arrange that my card be delivered to Randfontein branch tomorrow and NO I do not want to incur your costs in arranging this.
1.Your delivery guys only called me yesterday after my hellopeter compliant.
2. Nobody from your complaints department has called me.
I need a card by tomorrow and I am not willing to cover your costs - the inconveniences you guys cause are far wort more than money
