Following my last review - I got a call from Gloria Molefe, who said absolutely nothing but gave me generic responses and a lot of verbatim script reading...

After 20 mins of talking with Gloria she relented and gave me the option of referring my application to “human intervention” credit. How ironic - when there’s absolutely no human touch at your bank. We are just dealing with machine.

You apply for a 50k card and required to go through processes as though you are asking for 5 million.
