Bad as hell

I phoned fnb for a History statement as my January salary didnt reflect on my bank statement.. I was told that i will pay R6 for it...i went to my app and see that i was debited more than 200r...this is ridiculous.. The first consultant i spoke with said she will send it to me then i waited more then 30 min...so i phoned in again and got it immediately.. I got debited twice for one statement and worse i ws told it will be R6...more then 200r is ridiculous!!!!
