Bad arrangements

I am again writing to FNB of getting it wrong again .

1. FNB did not deduct their debit order in December date was given of salary . 2 I then get 3 calls all wanting to make payment arrangement for the payment Guess what all the arrangements went off after informing them I've made arrangements 3. None of the agents annah nyeleti vuyiseka cannot pick up my arrears kept me online for 30 Min without a respond Tshepang tried to assist by telling me my payment will take 5-7 days I refuse to accept this it was not my fault I want this resolved today still I will not settle for this turnaround time .
