Bad App service

The collections service on the APP, is extremely poor, the agent connect and say they review the chat but never return and the chat gets disconnected. They keep you so longgg waiting , where you start doing something while you wait, but if you not replying within n minute they disconnect the chat.

Like now i am almost 20 minutes, i will start doing something else, they don't wait for 2 minutes if you don't respond,

i am going to publish this review now, as i know this chat will be eventually be disconnected
