Bad app and service

Fnb banking app device verification is really bad, frustrating, and annoying in the fact the verification after registration, you only have geolocation and QR codes to verify. Now tell me, how on earth must I use those obvious unhelpful ways with the device in my hand to verify??? Must I go and look for another device and app to do that??? I'm an fnb customer, I had to re-register my app due to the reset of my phone. Fnb is going backward in their service to clients
