Bad and the worst I've ever received from FNB

Poor service

I am still waiting to be called with my succeful disputes funds. I have been waiting now for 10 days to be assisted. How long is the 5 days from the 13th May. Where should I get assistance. Call centre agents are clueless about the product. Im tired of calling and not getting assistance. I need my money back into my account. Today is the 10th day and I have not been assisted.I was supposed to wait for 5 days but its 10 days now. Can I be assisted with my succeful disputes funds?

Who should I email or even call so that I can be assisted. This is really tiring to fight for your own money.
