Bad and ******** services Ever

Good Day I'm writing this review regarding the bad and ****med services i got from FNB regarding the Covid relieve loan that i was given by them with some crazy interest that i didn't agreed to but trigged to fall for it and which i had to pay it even though it was not what i signed for but trapped that i was made to fall for so i decided to fast pay the loan i paid it and the outstanding amount was R597 but on the 13th May 2022 FNB debited R879 instead of taking they outstanding amount and when i call them to get answers was send from pole to post this morning i have been on the phone from 9h30 till 10h00 without any assist
