Bad Administration no care for customer request

FNB is out here making false promises i was told ill get my paid up latter ten days later after i launched a complain that i have been requesting a paid up letter since last year. I do not understand why is it so hard to give me a paid up letter. Hellopeter also dont work what will it take for one to get a simple request like that ? Do we now need legal representatives to get a stupid paid up letter FNB can i pay you to just give me a paid up letter PLEASE I BEG U my life depends on that letter i dont want someone to call me again and lie to me just send me a paid up letter how hard is that please let me pay for that letter
