Bad administration
I had an overdraft and credit card with fnb. Of which my account was closed 2 months ago. I've been making payments to clear these balances only to have the payments bounce back. When I call to inquire im told my account is in a hold. So how do I pay for my outstanding if my account is blocked? Further to this FNB notifies the credit bureau i have missed payments of which I've never had on my. Credit. This is affecting my credit score because you ate mskubg it difficult for me to pay you. I just want to clear my balances and close my account!

You closed my complaint after only responding to the credit card. I mentioned i paid that so had no issues with that ac out. The one a vount im having issues with no response was given. My Fusion account is the one I can not pay and my credit is being affected where your bank is updating that im missing payments. How do I pay if there's a hold on the account.
