And it's a month and fnb has not sort out my queries about my policy that they have make it laps I send them al the required documentation but still no one did help me then they tell me they can't refund me because off the policy that lapse but I send that documentation long before that policy lapse so I need a refund on that policy I can't afford to loose all my money for all the years I pay that policy
