Disappointed in the service i received from Fnb. I was told that I didn't have funds in my account prior to my debit order going off when in fact I did. I was charged for it being unpaid which is total wrong when there were funds.

I can't be charged for no funds/ payment when there were funds in my account. Now my funeral cover is in arrears cause of your fault. Plus, Please get rid of your chat service as it is useless and doesn't assist with anything. Mihareleni couldn't help me with anything and I had to resort to such measures.
