My name is Abner Phaahla i have complain with FNB Forex who stopped my account for whatever reason, i have not been finding joy in this matter. My accounts are closed i don't have access to any of my accounts ,I'm struggling to make ends meet, this matter has been taking for too long its been over a month on a turnaround time of 7 days. I have sent all the documentation requested by the bank but still no one is giving me feedback. The FNB staff has been rude and not nice at all.
