Backstabbing fnb

I wanted to give them a zero star but have to give one to write a rewiev!! I have a major problem and complaint with fnb!! I have a loan with fnb and have not once missed any of my debit orders!! So instead of calling me to rectify the problem they ****ing hand me over for there mistake for not running last months debit order!!
