BABS rather than FNB

For passport applications, don’t waste your time by booking through FNB. We waited 3 weeks for an appointment just to arrive on time, wait an hour and then discover our kid’s appointments never reached them. Made a booking at BABS within 3 days, passports ready in 2 days. Faster than FNB’s Home Affairs office could do. For collections: prepare to spend another 2-3 hours waiting in the que just to get your passport.
