For the second time, at the FNB Greenacres branch, this humble and professional lady has been the same to me since the first time I met her in March 2017. Pity I didn't say anything then but now I feel the need to applaud her on her great job that she is doing. She knows how to handle a client professionally and patiently. All my problems were solved in a short space of time. The chats I had with her about financial management are realistic and very helpful. Keep up the good work my dear.
