Bab Service From FNB Maponya Mall

I received a very bad service at FNB maponya mall. I was there to open a business account, and I arrived there at 12:36 and they gaved a ticket saying 05 min estimated time and after an hour I went and complain and they send me to Sindy who they sad she is a team leader, she didn't help me after the second hour, I went back and complain and they still told me I have to wait. And at 14:46 I left with no service.
