I called FNB to report *****ulent activities (unauthorized transactions) happening in my account as I got three notifications for the transactions of pending payments and their response was, I should wait for the transactions to go through and appear on my statement first, that's when they'll start investigating and it's not even guaranteed that I'll get my money back because they need to check if I don't frequent the shops. I'm very disappointed in your customer service FNB.
