I had taken out a temp loan with FNB as I was a customer, I had financial difficulties and could not make payment. I was then handed over to Hammond pole attorneys in Feb, I made arrangements with them and have been paying R250 per month towards same every month and Hammond Pole acknowledged payment. This week I was contacted by IDA attorney wanting to start the process all over again saying legal action will be taken! How is it that now 2 attorneys are involved on 1 debt and both demanding money when 1 is being paid yet fails to provide a statement of account! I've requested twice
