Awful service,No accountability and no Respect

Good day

I finished my home loan in July this year and i started process of getting my title deed. The service i have received at one of your Branches in Mall of Africa is disgusting. I have been sent from one pillar to another. I was advised by your in house lawyears that the process was only handed to them last week. FNB values state that you take accountability and i have received opposite of that.
