AWFUL SERVICE BAD ADVICE

I write this message with regret.After years of avoiding this bank i ended up saying let me try the, again.I opened up and investment and a normal acc with them and was told i can inter transfer my funds between these accounts only to find out i cant there is a "lock",called the call center help for over 1 hour 20 min being sent from pillar to post till i am told to go back to the branch like what the hell.So now i have to be on a que for 1 hour again for someones incompetence? I think i need to go back to my previous bank period.DISSAPOINTED IN FNB MXM.
