AWFUL SERVICE

FNB's Insurance department is *********** or they just don't know how to fix their own mess. My bond was registered with them since December 2017 and I was told I could not have it without the Life Cover. So, I was offered a Mortagage Protection Plan and I accepted. To my suprise someone called me in January 2020 offering me a Life Cover and I said I didn't need one because I have MPP. The guy told me it was not active. I have been calling and emailing them but they don't repond.

So, it was finally activated but the cover amount is R0,00 and the premium is also R0,00. So, am I covered or not should anything happen now?
