Awful service as always

As always I am truly annoyed, disappointed and angry at the service provided by FNB. You make it sound so good - you're a premier banker and have access to a team of private bankers. but those private bankers very rarely give you full information or can actually help you. How many times does one have to complain about the same thing before somebody actually decides to change something or do something about it??
