Awful service

I have never received such bad service in my life before. I had a short tern insurance with FNB for my cellphone my cellphone was ****** and when trying to claim after sending sending all the necessary documents which were requested, I am being taken form puller to post as the manger is suppose to call me to finalise my cliam, but after weeks in end I am still waiting for the manger to contact me. If this is anything to go by I would advise people not to take insurance with FNB. After the experience I am having.
