AWFUL SERVICE

OH MY GOD!!!! I swear to God, i've been trying to do the same thing for over 3 months now. First it was getting an account. It took me so long to finally complete the account (i literally received an email today saying it been updated) But that's okay, I've been trying to Book an appointment for passport at Cornubia, guess what there are no slots nd For God's sake I'm unable to search any other branch because I've already made the payments through FNB and there's no going back. This has taken so long. i just want to book an appointment. My daughters flight is in 2 months and you guys have taken me on a trip of a life time . May I please have someone look at this. Or do I need to write a formal complaint to get some sense of urgency?
