Awful Service!!!!

FNB has given me awful service for the past few months. How can I help you!!!! Rather "How can I not help you?????? I don't know and I can't do anything. Their waiting periods are inconsistent. Enquiries take longer than 3 months to be answered. Disgusted!!!!
