AWFUL, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL

Need statements from two years ago - requested by SARS. We all know you don't want to mess with SARS. Do you think ANYONE at FNB is willing to assist? Call centre women just put the phone down. One "Dane" on secure chat ignored my request. Private banking too "important" to assist. Off to the branch in the hope that they will assist, but I see they got a 2/5 scoring, so not too optimistic. Just want FNB to know that DANE was absolutely useless and could not wait to pass the buck (ending the chat...SOOOOOOO convenient). Sick and TIRED of banks/institutions not taking ANY ACCOUNTABILITY for their pathetic, awful, unprofessional service. You suck.
