Awful FNB Service

I received a covid loan from fnb with an extension until September. I signed an agreement and is liable for the loan amount but fnb magically just decided that some of my fnb products are paid this month but the amount is in the covid account which I need to repay. Is this not *****? You take the money from my account but also still log it in the covid account. And numerous requests from my personal banker remains unanswered.
